30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your act101 subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@act101.ai with your license key or the email address used for purchase. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Your license will be deactivated upon refund.

After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent renewal. You retain access for the remainder of your paid term.

Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise customers with custom agreements should refer to the refund terms in their specific contract. For questions, contact sales@act101.ai.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
